- Coaching Program - 6 months of scheduled coaching.
- Mentor Program - 6 months mentoring with unlimited access to Ric Willmot.
- Target Mentor Program - 6 months of unlimited access to Ric Willmot and a structured (guided) approach to achieve pre-set targets with you being accountable for completing specified milestones on an ongoing and regular basis throughout our time together.
- Corporate Programs - individually designed for businesses who wish to enrol more than one person in a program.

These Program Options were developed in response to the increasing instances of calls coming from business people wanting to work specifically with Ric Willmot.

The foundation and uniqueness of our coaching and mentoring is unlimited access to Ric by telephone, e-mail, fax, etc. Yes, UNLIMITED.
There are over 200 'graduates' and 'post graduates' (members who have re-signed for an additional series). Admission is limited. If there are no available places there is a 'first come, first served' waiting list. The fee is necessary to commence the Mentor Program or to claim a hold on the waiting list. The fee may be paid in installments. The investment is non-refundable, no exceptions. You may, however, call a 'time-off' at any time and 'freeze' the program, at which time we pause the calendar until you are ready to re-start again.
