The Private Clients Group Mentor Program is six months of unlimited access to me for 'in the moment' consulting by telephone, e-mail, fax, etc. This Program was developed in response to the increasing instances of people sending me e-mails and faxes or telephoning for help and advice. Frequently, calls came from veterans and neophytes, self-employed professionals, entrepreneurs and small business practitioners. Many of these people said that they have books and courses filling their shelves (mostly gathering dust), or they have attended workshops and have gotten some great material. Yet, they still don't know which strategies are the best fit for them and so they do very little with the information. They want somebody to help with their specific questions and provide personal guidance.

The foundation and uniqueness of this program is unlimited access to me by telephone, e-mail, fax, etc. Yes, UNLIMITED. And we can meet in person, as well, if convenient for both of us. The access of this program in all manner of contact allows us to role-play client meetings prior to going to your appointment, we can collaborate on marketing materials, critique proposals going to prospects, and so on.
The intention is to provide strategic and tactical advice. I help strategically on matters such as: how to set fees, how to create relationships and alliances, gaining visibility, positioning, etc. Tactically, the type of advice would be on issues like: reviewing proposals, overcoming objections, what to say in a meeting tomorrow, and alike. The fee is $3,600 (ex GST) which distinguishes those people who are sincere about improving their business results and is easily recouped through increased revenues and higher fees.
There are over 200 'graduates' and 'post graduates' (mentorees who have resigned for an additional series). Admission is limited. If there are no available places there is a 'first come, first served' waiting list. The fee is necessary to commence the Mentor Program or to claim a hold on the waiting list. The fee may be paid in installments, but the admission into the Program does not start until payment is entirely fulfilled. The investment is non-refundable, no exceptions. You may, however, call a 'time-off' at any time and 'freeze' the program, at which time we pause the calendar until you are ready to re-start again.

Some members of the Program call me twice a week, some weekly, and others monthly. During my travels, I frequently meet in person with members. I return all phone calls within 2 hours (during business hours, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and written correspondence within a day.
This process is available to small firms for $7,500 and $10,000 respectively, meaning that several people may participate.
Target Mentor Program Option
Some people have determined that they need a more structured relationship with accountability to achieve their objectives and goals. So we have the 'Target Option.' In this edition of the Program, we select specific areas of purpose and priority and establish:
- A detailed design for the Mentoring Program with stepped measurement dates
- Formalized contact dates to review achievements, accomplishments and the barriers inhibiting short-term tasks from being completed
- I provide a template with specific objectives, tasks and completion dates
- The 'Target Option' provides for externally-forced discipline, in so far as you become accountable and answerable for specific achievement tasks.
The 'Target Option' is recommended for people at any level of their career who desire the increased structure, and for people requiring greater urgency in creating results. Because of its targeted nature, you may NOT 'freeze' the Target Mentor Program during the six months. The Target Mentor Program Option is available for $6,900.
