Human Resource Strategies - For Sternhall Financial & Insurance we appraised staff competencies and accountabilities in relation to corporate objectives and contributed to their overall HR strategy, focusing on quantifiable and specific goals. Educational staff programs based upon business outcomes were developed, establishing a worthwhile and comprehensible connection between staff training and organisational outcomes.

Innovation - For Science 2 Medical we designed a program to cultivate innovation throughout the entire organization. This way the business units would operate in an innovative manner as market place became more global.

Problem-Solving And Decision-Making - For FAI we designed and implemented a Professional Development Program for management personnel in the area of problem-solving and decision-making as it applies to human performance and strategy. This has enabled management to quickly determine the relationship between cause and effect and to subscribe their attention to cause-solution rather than symptom-attendance. One of the results being that management could address observed behaviour rather than implied issues which have little or no consequence to business performance.

Re-engineering - For Pacific Star Communications we worked with senior management to implement pertinent management systems to fulfil expected consumer needs. Followed up with the introduction of team-building, individual management performance improvement, and client assessment and feedback surveys to instigate the systems. The project incorporated assessments and evaluations of key senior management, and assisting in an advisory capacity on the acquisition of senior people.
