Introduction

 

Surthriving in 09 & Beyond is designed especially for owners, managers, executives and alike, of small to medium sized businesses who want the best and most appropriate perspective for leading their organisation to success and profit in this current economy. You will learn about making more sales, getting more clients, generating greater revenues; i.e., establishing, operating, and growing a business in the current economic climate.

  • A full-day of intensive interaction with me and a very small group of colleagues. Plus the option of attending a dinner in the evening at one of my preferred and special restaurants; the proceeds of which will be donated to the Royal Children's Hospital. There will be plenty of "sleeves-up" work, discussion, learning, and fun. We will enjoy some case studies, lunch, and a large amount of pragmatic work on current business issues.
  • The Surthriving Manual of more than 100 pages, containing templates, forms, guides, aids, articles and slides used and discussed in the program.
  • "Getting to the Buyer" & "Time Management" Teleconference CDs covering aspects of making sales by turning cold calls into warm opportunities and prioritising your time and efforts to gain maximum advantage from your working day; leaving you free to share quality time with family and on yourself.

This program workshop is something that I am extremely passionate about. But to be successful, I know that, ironically, the fewer the better.
