Introduction
Join us at this information-rich program and learn about branding, marketing, pricing, diagnostics, customer service, business performance productivity, negotiations, networking and strategies that leading professional service firms are using to drive up their profits. This program was developed specifically for those working in the professional services arena. People such as:
- Accountants
- Advertising Sales Executives
- Business Coaches and Consultants
- Financial Advisers & Mortgage Brokers
- HR Consultants & Recruitment Professionals
- Insurance Professionals
- Lawyers
- Training & Development Consultants
- Sales Professionals, etc.
I have spoken at more than 50 conferences over the last four years on building and growing a professional services firm for:
- CPA Australia
- Australian Legal Practice Management Association
- Institute of Chartered Accountants
- Recruitment & Consulting Services Association
- Australian Institute of Management
- Chambers of Commerce
- AMP Platinum Group
- Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers
- And the list goes on
I have found that undervaluing, over-delivering, poor pricing, misguided marketing, and passe prospecting was endemic to most professional services firms and the people within. This intensive program is designed as an inexpensive remedy. It is meant to provoke, challenge and stimulate.
I am regularly interviewed in the media about my perspectives and approaches to establishing a good professional services firm and techniques for successful business management. My intent is to help you fully understand the underpinnings of successful management, leadership and overall business wisdom in the professional services arena.
So far 1,073 people from 8 countries have attended the Professional Services College over the past 4 years.

So attendance is confined to about the size of a ‘U-shaped’ table (though we may not always be in that configuration). Early registration is recommended. Early-Bird Registration by January 23.

There’s also the Mentor Program
Since 2004, over 200 people have participated in my Mentor Program. In the Mentor Program we work together on your individual needs, particularly those which emerge from the Workshop. Graduates of the College are eligible to join the Mentor Program at 50% of the normal investment. For six months you will be able to consult with me as your partner while you build upon the techniques from the College, and as you deal with the development of your business. If you are currently in the Mentor Program, you can join the College and either extend your involvement by three months, or you can deduct the fees paid in the Mentor Program from the College tuition, to a maximum of $2,000! Either way it is a great offer.
