Leadership Skills Training Course
This seminar course is designed for anyone who is currently in a leadership or managerial role and who would like to develop greater effectiveness in leading and motivating others. This program was developed in 2004 (under the title: Awaken the Leadership Genius Within) and has been tightly redefined and updated specifically for 2009 and beyond.
The course examines the multidimensional profile of modern leaders and works towards developing key behaviours associated with exemplary leaders.
