My purpose is to offer alternative views to management’s “conventional wisdom” so that organisations can deliver increasing value, acquire more business, and develop "executive wisdom." I am told that I speak, think, and behave differently to any other consultant in Australia and possibly beyond. Perhaps. I do know that I have built a significant six-figure practice, working with national and multi-national companies as clients.

Why people act. A survey of 200 executive women by The Society for Executive Wisdom reported that 83% listed as their number one priority, "good service" as their primary consideration in choosing a restaurant. A MasterCard study stated that of the ten highest rated reasons people selected restaurants, six related in some way to service, three regarding the quality of the food, and only one with value. None related to having the lowest price. True quality is a result of product differentiation through satisfying unique needs and desires, focusing on the outcome and results for the customer or client. Peter Drucker clearly stated that quality in a service or product is not what you put into it, but what the customer gets out of it. "Focus on the outputs not the inputs." - Ric Willmot
