As well as examining the preparation and process side of performance appraisals, this course examines the key skill sets required to implement and deliver an effective, worthwhile and valuable appraisal process. You will be equiped with the necessary skills to obtain and provide feedback with employees, honestly and constructively to ensure that the organisation gains value from the process.
