Introduction

The Executive Wisdom Business College is designed especially for owners and operators of small to medium sized businesses who want a perspective for leading their organization to success and profit.This is about establishing, operating, and growing a business in the current economic climate. I am regularly interviewed on radio about my provocative and approaches to establishing business relationships, setting fees, creating business proposals, and many other elements of business management.


Some consultants might be able to help you build business, but my intent is to help build firms which create wealth and wisdom. Hence, I have created the Executive Wisdom Business College. I know it may seem to some as aggrandizing. But it goes farther than any leadership course, management program, business ‘boot camp,’ or any other developmental session of any kind.

 

Components of the College

  • Three days of intensive interaction with me and a very small group of colleagues. There will be over 20 hours of work, discussion, learning, and fun. We will enjoy some social activities, some meals, and a large amount of pragmatic work on individual issues.
  • The Executive Wisdom Business College Manual of more than 200 pages, containing templates, forms, guides, aids, articles and slides used and discussed in the program.
  • Seven CDs from the Series One Teleconferences, covering aspects of networking, sales, fees, time management and more.
  • Individualized pre-college work to maximize your value. The preparatory work focuses on value proposition, pricing strategy, referral sources, time allocation, etc.
  • Lifetime admission to the Society for Executive Wisdom, an international gathering place of professionals and entrepreneurs who discuss issues ranging from marketing to fees, and life balance to managing staff.
  • And the component that only I can provide: Inclusion in the Private Clients Mentor Program for six months. Further details are available from the web site, and there are valuable options if you are currently a member of the Private Clients Mentor Program.

Never before have I created an experience like this, combining intensive workshop instruction and practice, with comprehensive support materials in both print and audio formats, supported by six months of mentoring.

The Executive Wisdom Business College is something that I am extremely passionate about. But to be successful, I know that, ironically, the fewer the better. So attendance is confined to about the size of a ‘U-shaped’ table (though we may not always be in that configuration). Early registration is recommended.

Since 2004, over 200 people have participated in this Program.

For delegates of the Executive Wisdom Business College, the Mentor Program includes:

  • Unlimited access to me for six months
  • Telephone calls returned within two hours during business hours, Eastern Time.
  • E-mails responded to within a day
  • The freedom to “freeze” the program on the honour system, if you have a heavy workload, a vacation, etc


In this program we work together on your individual needs, particularly those which emerge from the College. You can use my assistance, among other things, to:

  • Review proposals
  • Role-play meetings
  • Discuss prospect or client reactions
  • Create client options
  • Review and improve fees
  • Reduce labour intensity
  • Discuss interventions
  • And almost anything else within my competencies


For six months you will be able to consult with me as your partner while you build upon the techniques from the College, and as you deal with the development of your business. If you are currently in the Mentor Program, you can join the College and either extend your involvement by six months, or you can deduct the fees paid in the Mentor Program from the College tuition, to a maximum of $2,500! Either way it is a wonderful offer.

 

Tuition

  • The College tuition includes all of the above. The three-day program, plus three breakfasts, three lunches, a cocktail hour, and six months in the Mentor Program is $5,000 + GST
  • Discounts and special pricing for multiple delegates from the same organization.
  • Current members of the Mentor Program may either extend their involvement by six months, or can deduct the fees paid in the Mentor Program from the College tuition, to a maximum of $2,500 credit.
  • Full National Members of the Society for Executive Wisdom may take a 25% discount.
  • RCSA members may take a 10% discount.

Note that only one form of discount may be applied by any participant.

Cancellation policy: No cancellations, but full credit of all payments made to any of my product or service offerings.
